SPC: the invading coalition is the one true enemy of Yemen

SANA'A - The Supreme Political Council (SPC), the ruling body of the National Salvation Government, has on Wednesday reiterated that the aggression coalition and its tools are the real danger to Yemeni people, stating that the recent events in the occupied southern and eastern provinces are the best evidence for that.

In its meeting headed by President of Yemen Mahdi al-Mashat, the Council pointed out that the Saudi-led aggression coalition is implementing bloody scenarios in the southern and eastern provinces in order to settle its occupation and division of Yemen.

The Council explained that the aggression states use their tools and mercenaries in order throw them in proxy battles to tear Yemen apart, and to prepare the stage for the implementation of projects of the global hegemonic  powers led by the United States of America, the United Kingdom and all those who walk in their orbit.

The SPC confirmed that this comes as “part of a larger conspiracy against the Arab world, aimed at exploiting its wealth and controlling its decisions in order to bring about the great powers' plans, and to expand Israel’s hegemony in the region.”

The Supreme Political Council denounced the international community for its silence towards the aggression and siege of Yemen, stressing that Yemen is an independent and sovereign country.

The government of Yemen furthermore called for an end to the illegal operations of the so-called Central Bank in occupied Aden, for a quick reopening of Sana'a International Airport for a restoration of normal commercial flow through the port of Hodeidah.
