Video: Footage of UAE's air strike attacks on pro-Hadi forces

ABYAN - Video footage has been released showing the  recent airstrikes waged by the United Arab Emirates against Saudi-backed mercenary forces loyal to the exiled Hadi administration.

The footage shows the impact of explosive devices as Emirati aircraft is seen flying over their supposed allies in the invading coalition, bombing them without mercy.

According to the UAE, the bombing raid targeted "terrorists" of the Islah Party, the Yemeni branch of the Muslim Brotherhood. The Hadi administration and Saudi Arabia, however, have condemned the attack on their forces. 

The Islah Party is technically part of the Saudi-UAE coalition against the National Salvation Government of Yemen, and is part of the so-called Hadi "government". However, the organisation is considered a terrorist movement by the United Arab Emirates, and has at numerous times been attacked by UAE-backed southern separatist mercenaries.

The bombing attack marks the latest, and most extreme, case of infighting between pro-Saudi and pro-Emirati mercenary gangs active in southern Yemen.
